Our standard delivery service is ABSOLUTELY FREE! -The Following regions are included within this FREE SERVICE - U.k. Mainland , Wales , Scotland , Scottish Islands , Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

We are able to despatch to an alternative address other than the card billing address this facility is available on the order form and not the payment form subject to security checks.

We do deliver Worldwide however there is an additional charge for this service.

It is our policy that we will endeavour to despatch all of our orders within 1-4 working days *

All deliveries despatched within the UNITED KINGDOM must be signed for and you will be responsible for the goods once delivered. Ownership of goods shall pass to you only when www.supaperfume.com has been fully paid.

If the Royal Mail are unable to deliver goods to you at the specified address for any reason the Royal Mail will then notify you by way of leaving a card , should this happen you should follow the instructions on where to collect your parcel this is normally at your local sorting office. Should you fail to collect it from the local sorting office the parcel will be returned to us .We will be able to redeliver, however you will need to authorise us to charge your debit/credit card for such a redelivery. Should we not hear from you within 45 days we will automatically refund any amounts already paid less any delivery and administration charges.

We use the following delivery options - 2nd class recorded delivery ( FREE ) , 1st class recorded delivery ( a charge of £1.75 ) , Next Working Day  ( a charge of £4.50 ). These charges are only applicable to the United Kingdom Should your parcel be posted abroad the following charges are applicable - ,Express Worldwide Delivery ( a charge of £9.95 ).
