Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Yes it is, we send all our products via the Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded Delivery. Worldwide delivery service is now available. Delivery is free to UK mainland only*. You are also able to choose 2 other options of delivery, the first being 1st class recorded delivery and the second, special delivery. These services are chargeable.
* UK mainland is England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Islands of Scotland, Isle of man, Isle of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do, however international customers will not be able to benefit from our FREE delivery.
Are your fragrances genuine?
Yes they are genuine, our buying department ensures that all stock purchased is genuine, authentic and passes quality control. As a leading and reputable company we will never compromise quality for profit, so please be rest assured that not only is your product genuine it has passed our stringent quality control procedures.
How do I create & Manage Gift reminders?
Anyone can create gift reminders by clicking the link on the left hand side of our site. To delete gift reminders you must be a registered user. Please log in to your account and the controls will be on your "My Account" page.
How do I Find a Brand or Product on your site?
If you are looking for particular Brands please use the Browse Designer search box at the top of every page. For more detailed searches please use the Product Search button at the top of each page.
What do I do if I can't remember my password?
Click the My Account button on the top navigation bar. Enter your email address (the one you used to register) into the forgotten password box. We will reset your password and email it to you.
How can you sell your fragrances so cheap?
Our buying department ensures that we at SupaPerfume.com are able to pass on all the benefits of our substantial buying power ,we buy keen and we sell keen!, plus with the benefit of not having to pay high rent and rates as a normal shop would incur we in turn directly pass on the savings to you, the result low prices!!
Do you sell Testers?
No we do not, the reason being is that we believe that we cannot determine the fragrance to be 100% genuine and it would not pass our strict quality control criteria. If the product is not as packaged by the manufacturer we will not sell it, simple as that.
Is your site secure?
Yes, we take security very seriously, and make shopping online as safe as in any shop. Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you click to go into the 'checkout' or to 'login' ? so before you enter any personal or payment details. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon, or an image of a key in the grey bar at the bottom of your browser screen.
Please note that when purchasing online using our secure server, our encryption software ensures that no-one other than yourself sees your credit/debit card details. No personal or transaction details are stored on our server.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order you will be sent a confirmation email. Included in this email is your order number. Please use the "Track Order" button on the top navigation bar. Once there enter the order number and the status of your order will be revealed.
Can I send my order to a different address to my billing address?
Yes you may, you will find this option available on the order form, once your transaction has been authorised. If you are sending outside UK, Worldwide delivery charges apply. We do have the option to send a message with your order if it is being sent as a gift. This optional facility is also displayed on the secure order form and is free of charge. |
