These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from SupaPerfume.com, via this website and you should read them carefully. It is possible that we may vary these terms time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

DESCRIPTIONS

To the best of our Knowledge, the product descriptions on this site are accurate and up-to-date. We include images of products on our site to help with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in colour, should be expected. All measurements and weights are approximate.

TRADING NAME

www.supaperfume.com is the trading name for SupaGroup Ltd.

ACCEPTANCE

We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions.

The customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after receipt of goods. Should we not hear from you within 14 days it shall be deemed that the goods are of a satisfactory condition and are fit for their purposes, this will in turn lead you to being unable to return or reject the goods at a later date. This however does not affect your statutory rights.

Deliveries can be made worldwide. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the ordering and delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all our prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund providing we have not attempted to make a delivery to you. If the item is returned to us, our standard postage of £2.95 per item will be deducted from your refund.

BACK ORDERS

Should the product you have ordered is not in stock we will email you ASAP to let you know ,at this point you have the option to cancel your order, wait for the item (we will gladly give you an idea how long) or we’ll happily substitute the item for you if you are concerned please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department you can reach us by email  , telephone number or simply click on the callback icon and we will gladly call you back completely free of charge UK mainland landlines only MON-FRI 10.AM-4.30PM

RETURN POLICY - SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!

SupaPerfume.com is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. All products sold by us come with a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee, simply send the item back to us unopened and in its original packaging and unused.

Should you wish to return a product please do contact our Customer Services Department first so that we can first issue a returns number and advise you accordingly. No returns can be made without the return number we would advise you to send the item back by either recorded delivery or special delivery. Please note that unless the goods were faulty at time of delivery or the order was incorrect only then would you be eligible for a full refund otherwise we would be unable to refund the postage. Should the item be received in a damaged state or if you believe your goods have been tampered with in anyway please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the situation ASAP.

In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund less postage, where standard post & packaging will be charged at £2.95 per item) only. Goods must be returned to SupaPerfume.com before the partial refund can be issued.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

CANCELLATION

If you do need to cancel an order for whatever reason you have 7 days to do this after the date we deliver the goods to you please call us on 0845 125 9299 If however the goods have already been despatched to you in these circumstances you must return the products and pay the delivery costs.
